What I do

I help owners and C-Level executives train their teams how to create and sustain momentum leading to positive sustainable habits. Once your staff adapts and continually apply these habits of action, your company will thrive. I also review your financials and identify areas where margin can be increased and cashflow improved.


What you must do

You and your team must be willing to take small steps (resulting in the aggregate of marginal gains). Most companies have a lottery ticket mentality believing only large events will save or change them.  You and your team must accept the fact that each team member's small steps gets the ball across the goal line.  I refer to this as GOAL unity. Team unity means results in friendly work environments while GOAL unity gets results.

How I help

After working with one of the largest business consulting firms in the world, I have learned that most business owners face the same challenges. They get stuck in a rut with no clear idea on how to get out. Many have a management team that is either frustrated or unproductive.  All of these challenges must be addressed with a clear cut action plan clearly identifying the short and long term goals. 


Let me be clear….THERE IS NO NORTHERN STAR to guide you. No Savior. No one is coming. Hiring top level management with a proven track record has a 50/50 shot. Action must be taken by YOU and your staff. What action to take is the key to success. That’s what I do. I outline a clear-cut strategy on routines that create value in money and time. Once practiced for a month, these routines turn into habits. These habits become sustainable models which scale, create more profit and help the company adjust to future changes quickly. 


There are 3 areas I focus on…Sales, Operations, Finance. I evaluate each department to identify challenges and opportunities while most importantly the bottlenecks which often is the main source of your pain. From my experience, 90% of employees want to work hard and do the right thing. However most of them are stuck or stagnant. THIS IS NOT A SUSTAINABLE MODEL. Another area is software. While expensive software can provide robust scale and solutions, most small businesses DO NOT need high priced or complex software. They need rules, a clear set of standards which are well defined with a pathway that makes sense.


How am I different?

  • Many consultants encourage secondary lending sources….I refer to them as ‘predatory’. Don’t do it.
  • Many consultants charge $500 - $2500 per hour. I charge $175 an hour. 
  • Most consultants have never owned a business. I have built 6 companies from the ground up. I have been on the edge of divorce, suicide, depression and alcohol addiction. I have cleaned toilets, assembled racking, patched roofs, written databases, assembled Letters of Intent, sold 4 business which involved 100 work weeks, 24/7 stress, employee conflict, payroll worries, on and on. I have been there.
  • I work closely with each team to create action plans, not just ideas resulting in hyped motivation. 
  • I work at your office every day under contract providing accountability and clear direction with your team.
  • I travel to your site for one day and determine if I can help you. If I cannot, I will be honest with you and not create a long term contract costing you a lot of money and time. 


How does it work?

Step 1. Contact me to schedule a FREE phone/zoom consultation.

Step 2. We schedule a day 1 visit where I fly to your office and spend 6-8 hours with your and/or mgmt. team. (This cost is $1500 + travel expenses)

Step 3. If we decide it’s a good fit, I move near your office and work there 4-5 days a week. I will provide an invoice each Friday. Typical jobs last 3-6 months but you can cancel at any time with no hidden fees. My rate is $175 per hour ($5,000 - $7,000 weekly).

Every company I have consulted with will tell you the their management team responds better to an outsider much better than someone within the organization. Why? Many reasons.

2. The employee appreciates a 'neutral perspective'.
